This is the same discount released last week to Disney VISA cardholders, now available without the Disney VISA requirement.

Will Disney offer “Free Dining Plan” this year ???
Suzanne – We do not know. The fact that Disney has already released the Intro to Disney offer for September makes us think there is a possibility we may not see free dining at all during 2014, though it would a bit of a surprise not to see it for September travel dates.

Suzanne – The Epcot Flower and Garden festival is going on now, and ends May 18. The Epcot Food and Wine Festival runs from September 19 – November 10.
Keith, Would you know when the Flower and Garden Festival will be held for 2015 ???
Suzanne – Dates will not be announced for another 6 months or so, but they should be about the same as this year.
R u sure that there will not be a dinning plan till 2015?
Bianca – No, not sure, just an education feeling we are having. Would not surprise me to see free dining for September, but at this point, I would put the chances we see it released to the public at well less than 50%.
Keith, last year Disney released a discount for this similar mid-June to late August timeframe, then later in the year released a similar discount for mid-August through late September. Any sense whether they will release this second discount (I’m interested in traveling the very end of August)
