Let’s face it, the Disney Cruise Line is down right expensive. But, your kids really want to go, so you are out looking for discounts. The problem is, Disney rarely released discounts for the Disney Cruise, they really don’t need to. All of those other cruise lines offer last minute deals for cruises year round, but guess what, Disney never has, and never will. They don’t want to dilute the product, it is expensive, and is almost always full, so why offer discounts? When a cruise is not full, remember that Disney has over 50,000 Cast Members within an hour drive of Port Canaveral, so they will offer screaming deals to Cast Members, as a sort of perk.

Disney Cruise Discounts
- Disney VISA Cardholders – Card holders receive a $50 onboard credit per stateroom when paying their deposit with a Disney VISA credit card. Use code DCC.
- 25% Discount for Canadian Residents – January 8 – February 26, 2011 – Canadian Residents can receive a 25% discount on most 7 night Caribbean Disney Cruises.
Disney Cruise Magical Rates
From time to time, Disney has cruises are not as full as they like, so they offer specially priced staterooms for those cruises for a limited time. The Magical Rates are only for category 12 staterooms, and not available on all sailings. Currently, Disney is not offering any Magical Rates for the Disney Cruise line:
Please Note: These prices do not include a fuel supplement of $8 per person per day for the first two Guests in a stateroom (maximum $112) and $3 per day for all other Guests (maximum $42), effective for new bookings made on or after May 28, 2008. All rates valid for stateroom category 12, are per person and are based on double occupancy. Children’s rates are also available for Guests ages 3-12 traveling with 2 adults in the same stateroom. Government Taxes and Fees and excursions are not included.
Disney Cruise Florida Resident Rates
Disney typically offers Florida Resident rates on many last minute Disney Cruises, enticing locals to drive to Port Canaveral on short notice to enjoy a Disney Cruise. A great way to save if you happen to live in Florida. When booking, please ask for code FLR. Proof of Florida residency required for at least one member of the cruise party, and must be faxed to the Disney Cruise line within 48 hours of booking. Other stateroom types may be available.
