Does this mean they will likely offer free dining to everyone else for 2013?

Ileana – Nope, it will not. This is for UK residents only, and will remain that way.

Deborah – I don’t think it changes anything personally. They have released this UK deal the last few years, it has never been released to the general public later on, nor has it ever been a decent guide of dates or anything else. Simply a discount released to entice UKers to plan way far in advance and fill up a few rooms.

So, explain to me why the UK is offered this deal but NOT UNITED STATES !!!!!!
Wasn’t the whole concept of Disney World developed in UNITED STATES….
