Credit will be in an amount equal to the lesser of the actual retail value of the airfare (including ticket, associated taxes and fuel surcharges but excluding baggage and excess weight fees, airport fees, departure tax and other similar fees payable directly to the airport and/or airline) or $500 USD, and may not be redeemed for cash.
