Linda

In order to get the dining plan, either free or paid, you must purchase a package that includes your Disney resort and park passes, they cannot be purchased separately. Almost all travel agents sell Magic Your Way packages, exactly the same thing as getting it through Disney. You just have to be aware of getting something from the big online sites like Expedia or Travelocity, they often sell different packages which cannot be adjusted later on. If you are working with a Disney only agency, you will be just fine.

Thank you for all the wonderful information here! I have a question about the possible free dining offer for mid August...if I book a Disney hotel from another travel site but get the Magic Your Way ticket package from Disney, can I still get the free dining or does the entire offer have to be booked through Disney? Many thanks for the help!

Salina

Please note it says "from $169". These discounts cover May and September as well, which are usually much less expensive than the middle of summer. Also, don't forget to include your room tax.

Hi, I am looking at the disneyland Hotel arriving Tuesday June 29 and departing saturday July 10. At $169 - 35% plus resort fees, I get $1340 and change plus tax. When I try to book it, the price comes up as $2280. I am a lil confused as to why there is such a difference, what am I missing? The trip is for 2 adults and 2 kids under 11yrs.
Thank you for your time,
Salina :)

Ann, we are neither a travel agent, or Disney, so we are not going to be able to help you. I would contact one of those two options, they will be able to find something for you.
